How do I import my republished article?

Importing an Article to eLearning Industry

Step 1: Read Our Guidelines

Read our republished article guidelines before you submit your article to ensure it is up to code. Failure to adhere to our guidelines can result in rejection of your article or delay in publication.

Step 2: Book a Publication Date

Log in to your eLearning Industry account, go to your Dashboard, choose Portfolio, and click on Book a Date next to the respective product.

Step 3: Import Article

Go to Articles from your Dashboard and click Add Republished. In the pop-up box:

• Enter a link to your blog post or article to import. You will have the chance to edit it before submitting.
• Select your date
• Click Import Article

Step 4: Edit Article

Edit your article if necessary. Please make sure the following fields are completed:

• Summary
• Featured image (optional)
  • Check out our image guidelines.
  • Image size: 820x460 pixels (max 1MB)
  • Image format: .jpg
  • Add image attribution: provide image credits and copyright license if you are not the copyright owner. If you are the copyright owner of the image, please send an email to the Sponsored Articles Product Manager confirming this.
  • Note: You may choose not to include an image. In that case, we will choose an image for your article.
• Main body

Step 5: Submit Your Article

When you're ready to submit your article, click Submit for review in the top right corner. Until this step is completed, your article will remain in draft mode and won't be considered for publication.

Step 6: Create Public Author Profile

If you have not done so already, it is important that you create a public author profile.

• Go to Profile and edit your public profile.
• The following is required:
  • Professional, personal photo (no company/product logos allowed)
  • Link to personal LinkedIn account
  • Brief description of your job role
  • Company name
