How to Claim a Directory Listing?

This guide explains how you can claim ownership of a listing and gain access to manage it through your Dashboard.

Step 1: Submit a Claim Request

You can start the process in one of two ways:

  • Click the “Claim Listing” button on the listing page, or

If You Are Logged In

  • The claim form will appear with your details already filled in (where available).
  • Review the information.
  • Click “Claim Listing.”

If You Are Not Logged In

  • You will see the claim form along with a Login button.
  • You can either log in first or complete the claim form as a guest.
  • After filling in your details, click “Claim Listing.”

After You Submit

Once you submit your request:

  • You will see a “Claim Received” confirmation message.
  • Your request will be sent to our team for review.
  • You will receive a confirmation email.

Step 2: Wait for Review

Our administrator will review your claim request.

If Your Claim Is Rejected

  • You will receive a “Claim Rejected” email.

If Your Claim Is Approved

  • You will receive a “Claim Accepted” email.
  • The next steps depend on whether you already have an account.

Step 3: Complete Your Account Setup (If Needed)

If You Already Have an Account

  • You will receive a “Claim Accepted” email with a link to the Login Page.
  • Click the link and log in.
  • The listing will be transferred to your account.

If You Do Not Have an Account Yet

  • You will receive a “Claim Accepted” email with a link to the Registration Page.
  • Click the link to open a registration form.
  • Your details from the claim form will already be filled in.
  • Set your password and complete registration.

After registration:

  • Your account will be created.
  • You will be automatically logged in.
  • The listing will be transferred to your account.

Step 4: Access Your Dashboard

After approval and login:

  • You will be redirected to the Dashboard.
  • From there, you can view and edit your newly claimed listing.

By following these steps, you can securely claim and manage your listing with full access to editing and account features.
